Tyros4 was released in 2010, and the addition of MegaVoice choir voices was its highlight, and marked the return of the 9000Pro scat voices. In addition, the indicator color scheme was changed from red-green to red-blue.
In 2012, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of the Tyros series, YAMAHA released a limited edition Tyros4 in black with new performance data available.
