美国巡逻兵（American Patrol）是由美国作曲家Frank White (F.W.) Meacham创作的一首进行曲风音乐，创作于1885年。

曲目标题中的“巡逻兵”（Patrol），并非真正意义上的军队，而是是一种固定曲式。在这类音乐中，音乐主题往往是重复多次演奏的，力度则由弱到强，再由强到弱。这样以来，便能描绘一组军乐队从远处走来，再走向远处的情景。1)
