My Story with Demo Songs and Keyboards

小时候的第一台电子琴是永美的一个玩具琴，里面的示范曲经常拿来糊弄非要让我弹琴的亲戚。后来买了一台新韵的电子琴，有60首示范曲，虽然是用dream音源制作粗劣的曲子但是仍然听得津津有味。后来买了卡西欧CTK-496,100首示范曲，琴音源其实也就那样，但是很多编曲采用的是新古典编法，确实对以后接触硬件编曲颇有裨益，再后来的YAMAHA KB-290、SX900，示范曲也在越来越好，编法越来越精，技术也在随着琴的进步而进步，总觉得这可能就是科技改变生活。现在倒转回去，听KB200粗犷又细腻的音色，不禁让人想起当年辉煌的电子琴考级大军的场景，可以说是中国普及艺术教育史上浓墨重彩的一笔吧。

When I was a kid, my first electronic keyboard was a toy piano made by YONGMEI, and the demo songs in it were often used to fool my relatives who insisted on letting me play the piano. Later, I bought a XINYUN electronic keyboard with 60 demonstration songs, and although it was a shoddy production with its dream sound generator, I still enjoyed listening to it. Later I bought a CASIO CTK496 with 100 demonstration songs, the sound generator of which is just so-so, but many of the demo songs are neo-classical arrangements, which is beneficial to the later contact with the hardware arrangements. And then later I bought the YAMAHA KB-290 and the SX900, and the demo tunes were getting better and better, the arrangements were getting more and more refined, and the technology was advancing along with the instrument, and it always seemed like this might be technology changing life. Now look back and listen to the KB200's rough and delicate tone, one can't help but think of the scene of the glorious electronic keyboard grading examination “army” back in the day, which can be said to be a colorful stroke in the history of China's popular art education, right?

我是弹着PSR-48长大的，那时候我非常喜欢伴着示范曲弹奏。多年来，这首曲子已经刻在我的脑海中；很激动，时隔二十年，我终于又听到她。

Not that people can relate but: when I was a child, my friends used to come to my home and we played games. But to keep games fun, we turned on Yamaha PSR-275 demo songs ! We didn't have a computer and loud speakers, so we used Yamaha PSR-275. We also memorized some of the 'cool' songs.

不一定所有人都能共鸣——在我小时候，朋友们曾经来我家一起玩游戏。为了保持游戏的乐趣，我们就会打开Yamaha PSR-275的示范曲！那时我们没有电脑和音箱，所以用的就是Yamaha PSR-275。我们还记得其中一些很“酷”的曲子。

我小时候总听着电子琴的示范曲入睡。可惜后来电子琴不见了（搬家后，得知它在老房子被扔了）。现在手边只剩下它的说明书了，可惜示范曲那一页还只有“0-10”古典音乐这样简略的标注，而不知道具体曲目。这些美好的音乐很多时候都在我的脑海里绕梁三日，可惜其中好多首都不知道曲名。您的示范曲曲目有很多和我的老电子琴的示范曲的曲目重合，能再次听到这些音乐，并知道它们的曲名，我很开心。

When I was a kid, I always fell asleep while listening to demonstration songs on the electronic piano. Unfortunately, it disappeared (after I moved, I learned that it was thrown away in my old house). The only thing I have left is the manual, but unfortunately, the page with the demo music is still only titled “0-10” classical music, and I don't know the exact name. I often have those beautiful pieces stuck in my head, pity that I don't know the titles of many of them. Many of your demonstrations overlap with those of my old electric piano, and I'm happy to hear them again and to know their titles.
