RO-814 is a community-made CASIO ROMPack cartridge, created by 林朝盛, 七莉只因 et al.
The ROMPack title is 卡带标题为：Musical Hodgepodge, Charize & Friends （音乐大杂烩：Charize 与朋友们）。
Overview
This cartridge was created using the ROMPack emulation hardware drivePACK developed by TOLAEMON, in conjunction with the editing software drivePackEditor.
Officially released on July 21, 2026, it contains 20 tracks covering original songs, classical music, folk music, pop songs, and more.

Track Notes
- a. Songs with a '1' at the end of their title exceed the playable range (F3/F#3–B5/C6) and are for listening only. However, these songs can still use the “OneKey-Play” function. Additionally, when playing ROMPack songs, notes below F#3 are typically used for chord accompaniment, making it difficult to manually turn off the chord mode. On certain keyboard models, notes below F3 (on some models extended to C3 on the M2 track) and above B5/C6 may not sound, or may leave residual envelope noise (e.g., square wave tones: PT-50 [F3/C3–B5]; PCM tones: CT-840/PT-680, etc.). Although some VCS keyboards have extended the range to the common 61 keys, others still maintain the 49-key specification (e.g., CT-805/MT-88/820); therefore, notes below C2 or above C7 may produce abnormal sounds, and even within the C#6–C7 range, although there is sound, the key indicators may not flash.
- b. Songs with a '2' at the end of their title contain special rhythm switching codes at key positions such as the beginning, to match the unique drum patterns of the original. However, if played without modification on certain models (such as MT-18/PT-80), it may cause errors in drum or chord entry points. Therefore, this ROMPack provides special versions for these models.
- c. Songs with a '3' at the end of their title use a large number of counter reset codes to reproduce the same accompaniment as the original, which may cause confusion in the rhythm display.
- d. Songs with a '2' at the end of their title contain extremely fast notes, which may cause delays between the two melody tracks on some early keyboards, or delayed flashing of the keyboard lights in guide mode.
- e. For more keyboard performance tests, you can use the RO-000 or RO-999F ROMPack.
- f. ROMPacks with the suffix A are designed for MT-18 / PT-80.

When you watch a movie in a Chinese cinema, the very first thing you see and hear — before any studio logos or opening credits — is a short, distinctive animation known as the Dragon Seal (龙标). Officially called the Film Exhibition License (电影公映许可证), this is a mandatory opening logo displayed on every film legally screened in mainland China.
Visually, the Dragon Seal features a stylised golden dragon coiled inside a circular emblem, set against a greenbackground and accompanied by the text “公映许可证” (Film Exhibition License) along with a unique approval number. It lasts only a few seconds, backed by a brief but instantly recognisable orchestral fanfare — a piece of majestic, slightly celebratory music that signals the official start of an approved screening.
The primary function of the Dragon Seal is regulatory rather than artistic. It serves as proof that the film has passed the censorship review conducted by China's National Film Administration and has been granted permission to be publicly exhibited. Think of it as roughly analogous to a rating card from the MPAA in the United States — appearing in the same prominent pre-film slot — but with a crucial difference: instead of indicating content suitability, the Dragon Seal confirms that the film has been checked for compliance with national content guidelines and is legally authorised for release.
For Chinese audiences, the Dragon Seal and its music are a deeply familiar part of the cinema-going ritual, as predictable as the dimming of the lights.
